allow our project team to monitor all phases of the survey administration process, which ensures that the highest standards of quality
are maintained.
In-house capabilities include: a state-of-the-art call center, a modern focus group room with one-way viewing area
and client lounge, a full service mail center with a Pitney-Bowes postage metering system, new data entry stations, an internet survey
software platform for administering "on-line" surveys, and sophisticated geocoding/GIS technology that allow us to map survey data
and intergrate the results with other GIS-based systems.
