Elaine Tatham - President
Dr. Tatham is president and 100% owner of ETC Institute, a management consulting firm that does consulting with a focus on evaluation, research design, market research, information management, statistical applications, and analysis. She has both the experience and academic credentials to design customer satisfaction research, monitor the research, and make a final assessment of the results.
Chris Tatham - Executive Vice President
Mr. Tatham is one of the nation’s leading authorities on the development of qualitative and quantitative customer satisfaction research for state and local governments. During the past ten years, he has designed and implemented customer satisfaction assessments for more than 300 governmental agencies in 44 different states.
Ron Vine - Vice President
For more than 25 years, Mr. Vine has strategically involved citizens and clients into decision making processes that effected their lives. These efforts resulted in over $900 million of funded projects for a wide range of public and non-profit projects, including community comprehensive plans, transportation plans, community and organizational strategic plans and visioning, utility studies, customer satisfaction surveys, parks and recreation master plans, non-profit and association strategic plans, and others.
Dr. Robert Cicerone - Director of Organizational Improvement
Dr. Robert Cicerone serves as Director of Organizational Improvement Research for ETC Institute. He specializes in the design of employee surveys and the implementation of organizational improvement strategies.
Karen Falk - Senior Project Manager
Ms. Falk has over twenty years of national Product Management and Project Management experience with business and government clients. She brings to ETC Institute the perspective of corporate management, along with years of relationship building, and a proven history of channeling data into clear direction.
