Customer Satisfaction
ETC Institute conducts customer satisfaction research for
dozens of private corporations and more than one hundred
governmental organizations across the United States. While
the information we gather for public agencies is often
presented to the public as part of the research process, our
corporate clients are generally not required to release data
to the public. In order to protect the confidentiality of our
corporate clients, we do not post corporate customer
satisfaction research information on the Internet.
If you are are interested in our corporate customer satisfaction
research services, please contact us for more information. If
you are interested in our governmental customer satisfaction
services, you may be interested in our DirectionFinder survey.
